The 1921 silent short FULTAH FISHER’S BOARDING HOUSE, based on the Rudyard Kipling poem “The Ballad of Fisher’s Boarding House,” was the first film directed by Frank Capra. Set in a boardinghouse, it’s about a girl known as Anne of Austria, played by Mildred Owens. It is presented here with a new score composed and performed by Donald Sosin.
