Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion

Hideaki Anno’s acclaimed companion film to his groundbreaking television phenomenon NEON GENESIS EVANGELION serves as an alternate ending to the series, pushing the story into new realms of apocalyptic dread and philosophical resonance. A complete reimagining of the original series’ final two episodes, THE END OF EVANGELION continues the saga of disillusioned teenage mecha pilot Shinji Ikari as he faces a stark choice: stop a shadowy organization’s plot to erase human individuality, or turn his back on a world from which he feels profoundly alienated.
