Hiroshi Teshigahara created TOKYO 1958 with the collaboration of eight other filmmakers: Susumu Hani, Zenzo Matsuyama, Yoshiro Kawazu, Kyushiro Kusakabe, Kanzaburo Mushanokoji, Sadamu Maruo, Ryuichiro Sakisaka, and Masahiro Ogi.
