Silvia Pinal acted in dozens of films in Mexico before traveling to Spain to work with Luis Buñuel on VIRIDIANA. One of the leading figures in Mexico’s entertainment industry, she has acted, produced, and raised a family of entertainers—not to mention served a term in the Mexican legislature. The following interview was conducted in January 2006.
